Daniel M. Todd

Mr. Todd joined the firm in 2003. Mr. Todd works extensively on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa processing family-based immigration law, naturalization, and asylum law. His clients include churches, large corporations, mid-size businesses, athletes, artists, research scientists, and entrepreneurs. Although he specializes in cases regarding National Interest Waivers and Religious Workers, he has also successfully argued several complex asylum cases before the San Diego Immigration Court. In his free time, Mr. Todd enjoys spending time with his family, training for triathlons, and playing soccer.
